The Forge is a monthly formation system for men who are ready to rebuild structure, strength, integrity, and brotherhood. Every month, we gather to train the body, sharpen the mind, strengthen accountability, and return to alignment through disciplined repetition.

This is not about perfection. It is about becoming harder to break — and showing up for the men next to you who are doing the same thing. Part of The Gentleman's Standard. Built in partnership with SHED Fitness.
